Studio Rental

Dance Spot of DuPage, or DSD, is conveniently located on Ogden Avenue in Naperville, IL. DSD offers three attractive dance studios. One large space, one medium space and one compact space. These three studios are ideal for group rehearsals, private lessons, fitness classes and more. Renters must provide their own sound system.  All DSD studio rentals are arranged through the studio owner. Please contact the studio owner to check on availability and to discuss rental details, etc.  

Studio A ~ 50' X 25' ~ Wood grain modular, raised tile dance floor and full-length, mirrored walls.

Studio B ~ 22' X 22' ~ Wood grain modular, raised tile dance floor and full-length, mirrored walls.

Studio C ~ 27' X 15' ~  Marley dance floor, white board and small mirror.

Studio D ~ 15' X 9' ~ Tile floor with no mirror. 

Ballet barres are available. There is also a lounge area. 

A non-refundable security deposit of $50.00 will be required for a one-time use when total rental cost exceeds $250.00. All security deposits must be submitted at least one week prior to the rental agreement commencement.

You must provide a copy of your insurance before the event.  

Any changes made to your agreement after submission must be approved by the studio owner in writing. All rental rates are on a per hour basis unless otherwise agreed upon. Long term rates are negotiable.  

One-time rentals – payment must be made in full prior to the event.

Long-term rentals – payment plans can be negotiated with the studio owner.
